XxEvil AshxX
I loved the first Turok. I liked the second Turok. I never played the third Turok.

I remember getting the 4mb attachment for Turok 2 which made it a lot nicer looking. Great memories.
gamer.tv
I can very distinctly remember wanting to buy this when I had a silly amount of money saved up but ended up opting for: Excitebike 64 (awesome), Jet Force Gemini (loved it), and Ridge Racer 64 (also loved it). I mean, I made the right choices for me…but it was apparently the easiest of the three, so that’s something?
Greatoneshere
It's about time they did a remaster of Turok 3 after giving us remasters of Turok 1 and Turok 2 in 2015 and 2017, respectively. I figured they'd given up since it's been so long. It'd be really nice to get a sleek, updated remaster with new online multiplayer for Turok: Rage Wars, which would benefit the most from a remaster. I was kind of hoping it'd come with Turok 3. Hope that one is next.
gamer.tv
Just coming back to this, I’m not on board with the idea of A.I taking on the role of NPCs (just because it reduces the VA market) but it would be well worth having an A.I redo this VO in this so it doesn’t sound as though it was recorded through a webcam mic. That's what I bought the first two for. $30 falls outside of impulse purchase territory. Now it's firmly in the "wait for sale" category. stepee
First off since it’s in my copy here is a copy of Doom64 on Steam if someone wants it, it’s actually really good and looks awesome at modern Iq and res but I already own it on Switch and Steam: 4BL4C-2ZHBD-M27X5 Second and more importantly, this bundle is kinda insane? Fully Loaded: Nightdive FPS Remasters WWW.HUMBLEBUNDLE.COM Relive the gory glory days of the classic FPS with this bundle of remasters from the maestros at Nightdive Studios! Your purchase helps Active Minds. Like 6 months we were saying $20 for this please in this thread, but now it’s $20 for the whole trilogy and 6 other games! Actually it’s Powerslave and Rise of the Triad that I was looking for a good sale on but hell yeah I’ll take Turok and Forsaken.

I’m a bit late to the party but I’m becoming quite a fan of Nightdive’s work and what a collection for $20. I never played much of Turok before. It impressed me at the time but also was difficult for me to play and the fog was..yeah. It’s crazy the work they do to make these games fun to play still in 2024. I made some good progress and to the third portal or whatever. Had a good time playing it on the deck. Pushing out the fog is great and it looks pretty nice to me on the oled deck. But Turok was a 2015 release and they have really advanced with what they do since then. By the time you get to Turok 2 you are getting things like SSAO added and they simply look great. Powerslave also looks so damn good to me with what they did. I haven’t tried Blood, Sin, or Forsaken yet. Rise of the Triad looks awesome too fully in 3D now. I did start Turok 3 as well, and barely have any recollection of the game even existing so it was not what I expected at all. I didn’t realize the series went that cinematic and sci fi. Turok 1 just literally drops you into a jungle and says go get keys. Actually seems insanely ambitious for a N64 game though it’s heavily dolled up here, but the presentation seems pretty ahead of its time.

I rented the game and an N64 back in the day. The platforming and lack of saves made the game incredibly difficult.

It was one of the first N64 games that used external memory cards (sold separately) instead of internal saves.
