For those unaware, Ticketmaster decided to put up all presale codes/tickets for Taylor Swift's tour at the same time and it caused a massive crash, and many people (including fans with presale codes, etc) weren't able to get tickets. Tickets are being resold on Ticketmaster's own site for $9,500+. This isn't the first time they've fucked up and benefited massively (since they get a cut), but it's the largest fuckup. The thought of using Ticketmaster and paying all of their bullshit fees is a huge turnoff.
