    so I just finished I rushed through to the temple as was met with i got stuck on some geometry and he killed me. When I returned, he was gone. is that a one-chance encounter? I’m now on the and he is kicking my ass. i haven’t had much trouble with boss fights up until him. Also - I think i have to be getting near the end. i really don’t want it to end, but I really want to see how this story wraps up.

    I had planned on checking out control at some point, but if that is the case I am completely avoiding it. ive actually took a break from this game (as much as I’m loving it) to wait for the patch to drop that fixes the load times. edit: actually just checked the subreddit. Apparently “a” console patch dropped today, but didn’t fix anything. Not sure if this is the one that was supposed to fix the load times or not though. Bummer.

    I’m thinking more along the lines of my kids and their friends. if they want to play local MP/coop then maybe another joycon is ideal so they can have 4 people play. I do plan on getting them mario party and smash for Xmas. I just grabbed mario kart and 2 wheels for $50 from Walmart. That seemed like a good deal.

    Sounds like the Venator crash site. By the troll that’s on the long platform (not the troll in the arena) there is a hill towards where you probably started (slid down from). You can go in there and it will take you to an elevator that goes back towards your ship.

    I’m amazed at how expensive the joycon is. Even looking at BF sales, it looks like the best it will be is 60 bux. It looks like most MP games are geared towards splitting the joycon and each player gets a half. So maybe games where there are 3 or more? maybe for smash?

    im assuming you have double jump unlocked? I went back and there was a bunch of areas I still couldn’t get to bc I couldn’t make the jump. It was still worth it for the 2 extra stim packs though.

    I’ve had issues getting a heal in mid-fight. Definitely frustrating.

    So I’m past I’m feeling like I’ve been playing for at least 10hrs and I’m barely at the halfway point, maybe. game is damn good. I’m really enjoying it.

    Is it only cosmetics? I really don’t care to go back just for a color change to the robot Or something. But if it’s another stimpack or life/force essence it would be worth it. It’s amazing isn’t it? After I completed the story and they were like ok, head to the next place..I was like nah I wanna look around..... 3 hours later I was still discovering new shit. It’s absolutely amazing level design with so much depth and verticality. I got back to the ship figuring I saw most of the world and Im only at 48%. Lol.
