Same. There’s exactly two other games with Path Tracing and both recommend a 4080-4090 for 4k with DLSS set to performance and frame generation on for 4k. I don’t know if people are just missing that it has Path Tracing, if they’re just stupid, or a little bit of both.

I’m running in the 40fps locked VRR fidelity mode. The only complaint I can make, and this is me nitpicking because I’m sensitive to it: the game is definitely using FSR and there’s some ghosting with movement occasionally, BUT, it seems to only happen in cutscenes so it’s not a huge deal. Game definitely looks great, best way I can describe it is “the previous games PS5 version, but cranked up further.”

FWIW, one of the devs tweeted last week that performance wasn’t “up to their benchmark” yet lol

I’m hoping that Apple caves, however unlikely. Last season of his show was spectacular, particularly his gun episode and trans episode. Also, his podcast (which was under the Apple banner) was fantastic.
