There are more and more RT games all the time. It may be limited to just reflections most of the time due to the limitations you mentioned, however: framerate, framerate, framerate.

I'm really curious about the 2-4x faster thing. I'm guessing that's only in heavy ray tracing.

2-4x faster? What? The pricing is really bad. The 4090 makes zero sense since the 4080 is 2-4x faster than than the 3080 Ti which is barely slower than the 3090 Ti (and the 4090 is 2-4x faster than the 3090 Ti)

If GTAVI, which probably isn't coming out for 3-ish years, is on last gen consoles, that's kind of a shame. Yea, yea, more people can play it or whatever (the PS5 and XSX will be about 5 years old at that point so... like... c'mon now), but it won't be taking advantage of the new hardware in a meaningful way. Sure, it can scale graphics, but it won't be using the M.2s beyond loads of save games/fast travel or the much better CPUs at all.

Very subtle but possibly "big" things going on in the past two episodes. The die hard ep showed Rick more-or-less "killing" Morty's character development from the past seasons by allowing the parts of Morty that question Rick to "die" in that machine. Last night's ep showed (in after credits scene) that Rick gave the Beths some type of love-potion wine after Jerry said he would kill himself if Beth ever cheated on him.
