  1. The good news is USA Today felt the total opposite of Rolling Stone. New 'Frasier' review: Kelsey Grammer leads a new cast in embarrassingly bad revival WWW.USATODAY.COM "Frasier" returns in a Paramount+ revival/spinoff of the beloved sitcom. The real Frasier Crane would be disgusted. Oh wait, nevermind. They hated it too.
  2. You know, he lies so much I wonder if he actually never intended to run for Congress. Like in order to keep the lies going, he had to keep doing things to maintain the illusion. It started off him trying to skip on a restaurant bill, and led to him having to dress in drag, and eventually led to him having to pretend to be running for Congress, where he unexpectedly won, and now he's stuck pretending to be one.
  3. I made a similar assumption, except not that the TVA had changed, but that there were now multiple TVAs. But I'm not disappointed to be wrong. I have no reason to think this is worse or less interesting.
  4. It didn't kill it, it just lessened the impact that I think some of the moments were intended to have. The old adage, show, don't tell.
  5. It was definitely a baffling decision to make most of Ashoka and Sabine's relationship happen in off-screen.
  6. I have one rule with pets. Never own one that could potentially kill you.
  7. That actually sounds really cool, and only makes me MORE intrigued about Baylan's quest!
  8. That's a really good point about Sabine. She was inexplicably missing throughout that whole thing and yet we're led to believe she was heavily involved in the events that lead up to S3 Mandalorian. And yeah she totally went from can't move a coffee cup, to instantly and confidently pushing a human being through the air.
  9. It really is. It just feels hollow. They didn't set up anything for them to do, so it's not exactly exciting to see what they'll do there. Maybe if we saw what Baylan was doing and got a better glimpse of the threat they potentially face there, but instead I guess we're supposed to get hyped about their next big adventure helping the crawdads cook and clean. Ha, enough kidding around! It hasn't been 12 years. It hasn't been 12 years, has it? IT HASN'T BEEN 12 YEARS??
  10. Who coincidentally is one of the very few characters created FOR live action, where we have no pre-concieved notions. Pretty much Ezra was the only cartoon character that I felt they absolutely nailed with his live action casting. No one is BAD in their roles, but maybe they're harder to translate.
  11. Well, you guys were right about the ending just being a set up for the new movie. That was pretty ho-hum to be honest. So Ahsoka was afraid to train Sabine because she thought she might be too dangerous. And yeah, we finally see her use the force. OK. Great. Still feels tacked onto her character, but why not? The Night Troopers being undead was confirmed. Morgan becoming a witch was short lived and didn't lead up to anything. Whatever Baylan was up to wasn't shown, and won't ever get a satisfying conclusion because of Ray Stevenson's passing. I'm pretty underwhelmed overall. The last two episodes just felt like chess moves to get the characters to positions where they need to be to start the next big thing. In general I'm not a fan of movies/series/whatever that can't stand on its own, and it seems like this series really was built as a support structure for future movies, with no real emotional payoff or complete arc of its own, other than Ezra getting home.
  12. I mean, it's just false. The premise is that Elon shifted right because the left moved away from him. Not that Elon was already that way and showing it more openly, and THAT'S why the left turned against him. Were we supposed to support him more when he made transphobic remarks? When he supported 2020 election fraud conspiracies? When he took over Twitter and abused its workers and gutted any ethics oversight?
  13. They're actually going to stick metal poles in her suit and hold her up so she can remain in her seat. It's really not a big change.
