  1. This ruling doesn't seem meaningful in anyway other than for conservatives to say they won, without really changing anything.
  2. Jesse Watters was invited to speak before a group of executives. His remarks led to an 'epic meltdown' | CNN Business WWW.CNN.COM On a Friday morning in April, Fox News talk host Jesse Watters walked onstage to a room stuffed with hundreds of insurance executives and agents. Watters was the featured speaker at a breakfast for the Big “I” Legislative Conference, the signature annual event hosted by the Independent Insurance Agents & Brokers of America, where he was invited to participate in an interview with the organization’s retiring president... Watters, who has a history of making offensive remarks on Fox News, made a crude comment questioning the gender of Vice President Kamala Harris, the people said. The gross attempt at humor prompted some laughs, but also outrage. Some executives, many of whom planned to attend a diversity and inclusion luncheon later in the day, squirmed in their seats as a wave of awkwardness washed over the audience. Others walked out of the room and conveyed to the trade association that they were appalled at the behavior exhibited by Watters. The chat between Watters and Rusbuldt, which continued on after the appalling remark, had immediate consequences. Rusbuldt, who was set to officially retire in August, apologized to those gathered at the diversity-focused luncheon later that day. But ultimately it was not enough to quell the outrage. He was later quietly sidelined from most duties at the insurance organization. When asked for comment on Wednesday, a Fox News spokesperson told me that Watters had “no recollection” of the events. “In fact, the unscripted Q&A he participated in was well received with executives thanking him profusely afterward, enthusiastically taking photos, and presenting him with an award,” the network spokesperson said. “He was told it was one of the best talks they’ve ever held and never received feedback from the organization or his speaking agent after the event.” It was a perfect speech, some would say the most perfect of speeches!

  6. While even pointing out what they're doing at the present time is a crime.
  7. Well cause of the insane jet stream pattern Canadian smoke is back on the menu, so thats cool, its not as bad for my area this time, further south though is getting it bad again.
  8. I'm gonna go out on a limb and say this UFO retrieval stuff is nonsense, lol, the idea that its so secret no one in congress knows about it is just nonsense, but nonsense is right up the GOPs alley.
  9. "This totally wins my case, except it is highly confidential." Words to live by folks.
  10. I mean i could see this for low occupancy buildings, that were meant for one or 2 families, but i don't really see the problem of large rental complexes.
  11. Are Russian "Blocking Detachments" Engaging Retreating Soldiers? RYANMCBETH.SUBSTACK.COM Watch now (6 min) | "Enemy at the Gates" wasn't real, but this video just might be.
  12. Twitted sued for copyright by Sony, Universal | Fortune FORTUNE.COM One problem for Elon Musk: He’s called copyright a “plague on humanity.” The National Music Publishers’ Association (NMPA) is representing the coalition in the suit, which claims that publishers sent copyright violation notices for 1,700 songs, on which the social network took no action. The coalition is seeking fines of up to $150,000 per violation. “Twitter has engaged in, knowingly facilitated, and profited from copyright infringement, at the expense of music creators, to whom Twitter pays nothing,” the plaintiffs allege.
  13. Ukrainians were 'ready to eliminate' Russian soldier before dramatic surrender, commander says | CNN WWW.CNN.COM Ukrainian forces spared the life of a Russian soldier when he surrendered to a drone on the battlefield just moments before its operators were about to open fire, a Ukrainian commander has confirmed to CNN.
  14. Looks promising, still a bit rough though, and i hope they don't end up adding creeps and hero units that level up, didn't enjoy that in WC3, works for campaign stuff but not multiplayer IMO.
  15. Its not really political at all, if he did the normal thing and just returned all the documents then yeah thats a political thing where any normal person would have been bent right over, but he didn't do that, he openly defied orders to return the material, this is just straight up law and order stuff now. Theres also zero downside for the democratic party to go alone with it either, as plenty of GOPers do just want him gone even if they'd vote for him in the general, and the people who'd really care are already too far gone. If anything its a net positive that theres a chance presidents might go to jail if they're complete corrupt turds.
  16. Knowing people has been far more beneficial to me than my skills, even if to just tell you about a position opening up.
  17. The worst part is that today we're not getting like any sun so its not warming up at all, so while its supposed to be in the 70s, its still only 50 degrees at 9:30. Yesterday it warmed up into the 70s before the smoke showed up and dropped into the 60s by the early after noon cause of it.
