  2. My squat maxes out at 425 rn, my deadlift is barely 215, my bench is even weaker, but I warm up with 80lbs(per hand) dumbbell press and can press to 100s, so that doesn't even make sense.

  5. But yes, if you want to get big you lift heavier and eat more. When I work out I can easily go 3hrs due to the recovery needed between sets. And even then I'm not that big and don't lift -that- heavy (cause I'm weak)
