Not sure how but someone got my mom's debit card information and was charging for lovegaming.online and i had to explain to my mom that it wasn't because i was playing PS5. It started a few weeks before i moved here.

Still living with my mom but we finally found 2 bedroom apartment. The place we're currently at the office manager couldn't get me approved to stay long term because my last apartment wouldn't return her calls. I had no issues calling them and this other place didn't either. They said she never called them. Now the issue is the cost of moving is $800 for movers because i can't move the furniture and boxes she has because of my foot and leg problems. Had to pay over 2 months rent moving in. Hopefully it won't be too hard to find a new Dr because we're moving an hr away. It will be nice to eventually get a bed and my own room because the air mattress I've been sleeping on for almost 3 months is killing my back. Have that set up in the living room.

Just make you sweat more around the stomach burning more calories. I also got some sweatpants and shirt to sweat even more.

I had to get two different Insulins pens today that luckily Medicaid paid for because I'm currently unemployed due to health problems. Lispro which is a generic brand cost $301.55 and Glargine $177.58. I hope the CHIPS ACT helps but hasn't some companies already decided not to spend as much of their own money since the government is giving them money to spend instead?

I've been trying to eat better compared to what i previously was eating because I'm diabetic. I still sometimes go out to eat like once or twice a week. I cut out sugary soda and candy. different things I've been eating recently. Any suggestions? Breakfast Fat free milk Wheat Chex Regular Cheerios Egg whites on Tumaro wraps wheat or whole grain (only 1 or 2 wraps in a day) Oikos triple zero yogurt (or for snack) Lunch Sardines in extra virgin olive oil Mussels Turkey or chicken lunch meat on Tumaro wraps wheat or whole grain Oikos triple zero yogurt Dinner mix salad with spinach kale light salad dressings fish- swordfish, salmon and tried a couple other kinds recently chicken sausage on Tumaro wrap skinless boneless chicken thighs broccoli Snacks Healthy pop popcorn minis salsa lightly salted chips or unsalted chips Veggie chips zero sugar cookies cashews unsalted peanuts Sunflower seeds Blackberries Raspberries Apples Tangerines Oranges I want to get some Protein mix for after workouts Grapes Strawberries Cherries Peaches Drinks Sparkling water Diet soda

I've been using that pedal machine every day this week for 2-3 hrs at least a day until I'm exhausted.

Any suggestions for a cheap protein powder and a cheap abdominal workout machine?

Those usually taste better if you cook them.
