It's cheap(ish), fast, and everywhere. It's popular because it's often the only option, like the fucking Dollar Stores that litter rural wasteland Murica. There isn't a single thing on their menu that is better than what you can get elsewhere...or at home. Convenience is king to most. It's like 7-11...who the fuck goes to 7-11? Everything is way overpriced....but because they are everywhere and often the only place open early or late it's where people go. TLDR: America won the race to the bottom because they just fell over and rolled down the hill.

It's pretty amazing how social media has really helped push an anti-science mindset further into the mainstream. It's like a cult at this point, as any real science that shows something they don't want to be true they just dismiss as being some mega corp agenda being pushed and that everyone else needs to open their eyes. Well the science says raw milk is dangerous and has no real health benifits...so clearly big....pasteurization is funding the science and raw milk is great.

A lack of homes will ensure prices don't decline much, if at all. Existing home owners will either not want to move due to their sub 3 percent interest rate or they will buy a new home and flip their current home to an investment property which doesn't help anyone looking to buy a new home. It's got to be the least appetizing fast food place around. Nothing on the menu is good. They sell things I'd eat, like sure a 1/4 pounder sounds great...but then you taste their version of it and...yea...nope.

I mean my two favorite things are Taco Bell and judging people. You should hear me and my dad go at it when he complains he can't lose weight and is on like 8 pills for different things...yet he eats bacon and or sausage every day and thinks gobs of nuts or trail mix is healthy snacking.
