Sony Days Gone OT - Queasy Rider (Update: Horde DLC)
SaysWho? replied to Pikachu's topic in The Spawn Point
From what I remember, Horizon Zero Dawn, God of War, Spider-Man and now Days Gone all had a combination of: Hands-on previews at least a month prior to release Deep dive videos that go over gameplay mechanics and the world Early reviews due to confidence in the game Lots of advertising I remember tons of impressions and previews before Horizon came out; it just didn't have the deep dive videos. I know you don't do it, but much of the doubt for HZD or GOW or Days Gone usually consists of concern trolling for people who aren't interested. Due to it being a while since Bend did a console game as they've beefed up other people's IPs on handhelds for a while, my expectation is that Days Gone will be a really good game but maybe not the level of almost all their big games since Bloodborne. If they really pull off something special, then I'll be ecstatic for them because then the studio can attract more excitement. -

The game has looked a lot better in recent months. Bend has worked their ass off for ages; I hope they're able to really nail this and continue to expand. -

I picked it up Day 1 on the PS4 and I loved it. -
I never really understood the whole, "Liberals in California really screwed things up!" Have you seen Kansas? Mississippi? Alabama? Ohio? West Virginia? Kentucky? Louisiana? Shorter lifespans and higher obesity rates are on average higher in conservative states and conservative counties. "Mah freedom allows me to not eat Michelle Obama's cafeteria food and stick with cinnamon bear claws!" Somehow they're better than New York or Colorado or Washington or Oregon? There are only a few states governed "conservatively" that I'd not mind living, including Florida despite all its grief. But even then, the best places aren't the conservative ones. Nobody is thinking Arcadia or Lakeland or Bell are paradise compared to Orlando, Tampa, West Palm or Miami, all cities that routinely vote in Democrats. Nobody is talking about how amazing Bradenton is compared to the rest of the state with how hard the opioid epidemic hit them. People aren't rushing to live in Marion County, and South Florida isn't rushing to move to the Panhandle. Georgia? It's Atlanta and Savannah, the more liberal areas, and then it's, like, Fallout 4 without the dog.

I cannot wait for this movie. I just watched the trailer and I think the idea is hilarious but has so much potential.

Or talking about music listened to during college instead of issues. Overall, I do get the point about the Bernie Bros term: my opinion of him has gone up since the election, but when I talk to some people outside the board, they think I'm a Bernie Bro even though I voted for Hillary in the 2016 primary.

I can eat a spoonful anytime I'm hungry for something. I used it in my morning shake (unsweetened almond milk, apple, banana, peanut butter) and it's sooooooooo good. I also have whole wheat toast with peanut butter and sliced bananas. Bow to me.
