  1. I thought Andy was a good addition to the show but the way his character changed over time did not feel natural.
  2. I think four? Once Pam and Jim are together they’re insufferable but are still treated as the heroes of the story.
  3. Correct. Should've ended with the season three finale. But I still binge the entire series every couple of years.
  4. Dang I thought Morty sounded closer. But either way I feel like those voices are 99% of the way there which is 19% better than the minimum I was hoping for so
  5. When a dog lives for that many years it’s apparent they were well cared for and loved. I’m sorry for your loss.
  6. Also another thing I like: one thing about this show and the Disney era in general is that the lightsaber fights are the best in the saga. It feels like, with rare exception, they’re actually trying to hit each other and block attacks instead of being fancy or outdated.
  7. Ahsoka was never a terribly interesting character to me. I understand her appeal but she just wasn’t interesting for me. But I honestly don’t see how anybody could be interested in Dawson’s absolutely one note portrayal of her in everything she’s been in. Just so completely one note and boring. I also agree with the criticism that people who haven’t seen the cartoons will be completely lost. And as somebody who loved the old EU Thrawn I really liked his intro in this show. But yeah that would be totally underwhelming for people who haven’t heard the name. But I think every other aspect of this show is top notch and I’m enjoying it on the whole.
  8. We never interacted much. But I'm glad to hear you're still around and working on the things that count in life.
  9. Please no. IMO that was such a goofy storyline in the EU with more low points than high.
  10. Haha. Love it. I thought about getting some portion of the Riddle of Strider somewhere there but couldn’t think of a way to make it fit.
  11. Yup. The blade is going to pop out a bit more once it heals and the shading is going to settle into a dull sort of gray. Which will all contrast very well with my pasty white skin.
  12. There’s no greater hub for ex Mormons than Mormon Mecca :P
  13. This is my first and it’s something I’ve wanted for 20+ years. Was finally able to let go of my religion which didn’t forbid tattoos outright, but they were so heavily discouraged you’re an outcast if you have them. So in practice and culture they were basically forbidden. Then I waited a few more years before deciding I was definitely going to do it. Then I saw an artist on Ink Master whose work really spoke to me. I looked him up and it turns out his shop is a mile from my house! Then I had to schedule it. And he is so far booked out that I scheduled it a year ago and finally got it today. Also re: pain. It was not anything close to as bad as I was expecting. However, the last two hours were quite uncomfortable. Even painful. But it was bearable. Though I do think I have a high pain tolerance. I really do want a full sleeve. Haven’t thought about what other Tolkien iconography I’d like as the two things I wanted most are now on my upper arm. But I’ll definitely endeavor to stick with this artist as he’s kind of famous for what he does and this one turned out so much better than I ever imagined. I’ll get a tatt of Glamdring pointing at my dingaling. And agreed about the band tattoo.
