I added a Series X to my cart and got to the payment screen. But when I clicked to process the order it said they were out of stock. I had two friends who were going after the Series S. The same thing happened to them but when they tried again and it worked and they both got email confirmations. I tried again with the X just like they did but it said they were still out of stock.

I worked at a game store when the 360 released and then when the PS3 released. I don't miss those days at all. Manufacturers would promise a certain number and consistently come up short with each new supply. It sucked for customers and employees. Everybody was always upset.

Well that's what I did for MS. I prefer Best Buy for points or Amazon for CC points (5%!). But MS is what loaded for me first. Was trying Walmart at the same time. I got to the payment page and then it said 'Item is out of stock'. But MS worked for me.

Yeah. Sometimes I'd duplicate the tab and that would force the original tab to load for some reason.

Just got one through MS store. Whew. Pages were taking forever to load.

I got an email from the Warren campaign or whatever (still don't have the heart to tell grandma to stop writing to me) with the following: I still have about $30k in student loans while my wife has about $20k. And I/we went somewhere where tuition is considered cheap while I was working 3/4 time. While the investment in education definitely got me ahead, the debt has caused me to have to settle for less with practically everything else. From our home to our vehicles to activities our kids are able to participate in, it's never quite what we wanted or would normally be able to afford without an extra monthly payment of a few hundred dollars (combined). Only recently have I been able to buy a graphics card that ends in '80 instead of '70. :P

I also just finished season 2 recently. I loved the original movie when I was a kid. Never saw any of the sequels, however. I had always been meaning to get around to this show and finally started it earlier this month. I absolutely love it. Season 2 was much weaker IMO. Throughout the season there were some parts and moments that were just so cheesy and some of the fight choreography was reaaallly bad. Some of it was really good though. There's some good humor sprinkled throughout. Johnny's wet dream about Carmen was awesome. And those last ten minutes of the season finale were some dark shit. I'm definitely excited for season 3. I think Ralph Macchio was a much better actor when he was a kid. His acting seems really halted and wooden now.
