Having pineapple on a pizza makes the acid mix with the acid of the tomato sauce. And now the pizza is too tart and acidic. This is a sin.

Mixing dairy and meat is not kosher, however. I suppose you could do a cheese-less pizza and put meat on it. But I don't know if I'd count that as pizza.

Right. Combined with kosher cheese and unleavened dough. There's some rule about when the grain has to have taken root too. Not sure what that is.

I can't believe I'm about to dignify this convo with a response. But Kosher pizza is the unsung hero of pizza believe it or not. I've had pizza in NYC. I've had pizza in Chicago. I lived in Detroit so I had quite a bit of that too. But the best pizza I ever had was from a kosher place in Toronto.
