I have to give it to @stepee. Dude had a completely different username for years just to troll ONE person; that is next level dedication. He is also just as talented at the quick, minute troll jobs that captivate ones imagination. On the D1P Troll Mt. Rushmore, he is definitely represented along with a huge, unfinished cock.

Every point you just made could be said about college football and basketball. There is no parity (only an incredibly small percentage of teams have a true chance to win the championship in any given year; upsets happen during the NCAA Tournament, but that's about it), they are both slower and less skill-driven (basketball especially), and the officiating is always terrible since each conference has its own officials. And yet there are not nearly as many, 'I don't think college sports are good' takes as there are 'Women's soccer isn't good' takes; go ahead and ask yourself why that is the case.
-
That's still a stupid argument though. Like, good compared to what? The USWNT isn't good compared to the French mens national team, but that is a pointless comparison because they don't play them. And you would be hard pressed to explain how the Women's World Cup is 'bad', other than it is less physical/quick.
-
Moreover, being 'good' is completely irrelevant when it comes to fandom. College athletics aren't 'good', but I'll still watch Pitt whenever I can! I have not developed a fandom for any NWSL team, and it is unlikely I ever would simply because I already have too many teams I root for.

I highly doubt there is that much of a price discrepancy between Aldi's nationwide. Hard disagree my friend.
-
But all of those conditions are satisfied by take-and-bakes, which are just as cheap and bigger/better than frozen pizzas. Shit, the take-and-bakes at Aldi are the size of an extra large, and they're only like $6! Even if you need a regular, economical pizza option, frozen still isn't worth it!
-
There is such a thing, moron.
-
Fuck out of here, no it is not. Even Home Run Inn - the best of the frozen pizzas - tastes like the type of pizza you'd get from a skating rink snack stand.
-
But as you pointed out, the time/price considerations of 'fuck it' food are easily met with shitty delivery pizza.
-
@Xbob42, answer for your Home Run Inn fandom.

The Aldi near me recently carried Home Run Inn frozen pizzas, which are often highly ranked in terms of frozen pizzas. So, I decided to buy one! And it's making me question the point of 'frozen pizza' as a medium. Don't get me wrong! It is far and away the best frozen pizza I've ever had; nothing else tops it. But in terms of overall quality, it's pretty mediocre; I would say any chain delivery place would be just as good if not better. So really, what's the point? Is a $7 frozen pizza that takes 20 minutes to bake really worth it compared to a $12 chain delivery that takes 30 minutes to arrive? I honestly don't think so! If I'm deep in the throes of desperation, I'd rather pay the extra $5/10 minutes and get a better pizza. In short, fuck frozen pizza.

Nah; between the World Cup and the Olympics, the USWNT has a pretty good following. And given how successful they are, they probably outpace the USMNT in terms of general popularity (guarantee more people know who Crystal Dunn is as opposed to the USMNT left back).

But we are talking about social inputs and outputs. If someone is an asshole and socially marginalized as a result, does that constitute punishment? If I wrong someone who I am close to and the relationship ends as a result, does that constitute punishment? It's curious that you would argue against social norms given your moderation of this board embraces them. For example you've stated jokes about suicide or asking people if they are autistic are verboten - and you've deleted posts/threads to that end - but few people would say those things should be codified into law. We just rely on the assumption that colloquially recognized social standards will properly identify and react to them.

RSF bemoans the use of mockery against lower social classes, yet happily utilizes mockery (and worse) against those of higher social classes, completely oblivious to the fact that the latter legitimizes and normalizes the former. It's almost as if once you disregard socials norms and civil discourse, you can't call on them for any degree of protection. Then again, when you are a white, well-educated straight man, why worry? Even in the most toxic of social environments, you are perfectly safe. Enjoy your cruelty, @RedSoxFan9. I'm sure the marginalized groups you purportedly care about enjoy the social environment you love to feed.
