  1. It is incredibly fun and hilarious to play with friends. There are even mods to play with more than 4 people.

  9. The multiplayer in the first game was really good, so this could have been an awesome expansion of that. Shame. If it would have impacted their single player focused stuff though, then yeah probably best to shelve it. Maybe if they pulled back the scope a bit though Part II could have had an online mode.

  12. I don't get the "well it's a remake, so it shouldn't be nominated/win GOTY" thinking in regards to the RE4 remake. Yeah it's a remake, so what? If it was just an HD remaster like Metroid Prime Remastered, or hell even something built from the ground up as a remake, but really just the same exact game but prettier like The Last of Us Part I basically is, then yeah I could understand, but the RE4 remake substantially changes things. It's not a 1:1 remake, turned out phenomenally, so yeah a great game is a great game so why shouldn't it get some recognition? Contrast it to the Dead Space remake, which does adjust some minor bits (like the asteroid section), and it's obvious to me why RE4RE gets the nod. I get it's using the blueprints of the original which was already a masterpiece, so is "cheating", or getting an advantage in that regard, but even still, to deny its excellence, and say, sorry developers, you don't get any awards because it's just a remake. Like if they remade the original RE1 in the modern over-the-shoulder view, which would drastically change how that game plays, updated the story, changed some environmental stuff around, etc., and it turned out great as well, would you also say it doesn't deserve GOTY nominations even if it was one of the best gaming experiences of whatever year it would come out? Did you all say the same thing when RE2RE came out?
  13. I mean I'll see it, but I don't know about this one.

  16. Quite honestly people complaining about a game winning GOTY from different outlets, and they haven't even played the game is childish. Like I haven't played Baldur's Gate III or Alan Wake 2, but all the praise about them makes me want to. At the end of the day these awards mean nothing. It's someone else's opinion, and your own best game of the year is just as valid.
  17. Probably going with the angle where Clark and Lex grew up together in Smallville, and Lex is just a few years older. The actors are 30 and 34 respectively.
  18. It's official after weeks of speculation: Nicholas Hoult is Lex Luthor Nicholas Hoult Is Officially Playing Lex Luthor in Superman: Legacy, James Gunn Confirms - IGN WWW.IGN.COM Nicholas Hoult has officially been tapped to play Lex Luthor in Superman: Legacy, James Gunn has confirmed.
  19. I refuse to break. They're making these ads obnoxious so that you give in and subscribe. It's super scummy. There are phone apps you can download to get rid of ads on mobile at least.
  20. At least she hasn't turned out like J.K. Rowling...yet
  21. OK but is she personally a billionaire, or just her tour has made a billion dollars?
