  1. Or his arm is Ganon or whatever that evil looking spirit saw in the first trailer was, and it's trying to take over Link to be resurrected, and you must rid yourself of it before the corrupting influence spreads.
  2. I want to know what's up with Link's arm and hair, if it even is Link as we never see his face with that new outfit he is rocking
  3. This is a travesty that absolutely cannot be forgiven for their oversight. Someone needs to rectify this egregious mistake!
  4. I don't think it was. Just like how it's not a joke that @Keyser_Sozenow owes me a cock ring. Better pick out a good one, buddy!
  5. Nintendo still has Treehouse presentations for the rest of E3 I believe since they do every year, so games that weren't shown today, like Splatoon 3, could be shown later.
  6. When that game came out I heard a lot of people saying it felt very Metroid-like. I would love another stab at 3D 3rd person Metroid.
  7. It's such a wrong headed, and weird approach. There are hints of it when you go back and watch the past cartoons, like there's a scene in Batman Beyond where Barbara talks about it to Terry, and yet it's like the fans never noticed. It wasn't until we all saw Batgirl mount Batman in The Killing Joke that we all freaked out and went, "what the fuck, Timm!?"
  8. Theory time: the E.M.M.I. look a bit Chozo-like to me. I bet that the militaristic Chozo hinted at in the artwork for Samus Returns built them for the Galactic Federation who wanted them as something that could take down Samus should they ever need to eliminate her. We know that the E.M.M.I. were sent to ZDR to investigate the reappearance of the X-Parasite, but then went M.I.A., and that's why Samus was sent in. Perhaps these deadly robots were sent in as a test to see how tough they are, or it's all a trick by the GF to covertly kill Samus now that she's beginning to ask too many questions, and won't let their Metroid breeding program go on.
  9. The artwork that is unlocked by getting 100% of items in Samus Returns shows a faction of Chozo that betrayed and killed the ones on SR388, so I would imagine we'd get a follow up on what that was all about. I'm also interested in knowing what they mean by this being the end of the arc of Samus and the Metroids.
  10. Then where is it? Sure they could have a surprise announcement later today, but seems weird not to have announced it during the stream.
  11. I thought that was just rumours, or a codename, or leak, or something, not really ever officially released, and then of course it basically became a meme within the community, "Where's Dread? What about Metroid Dread?", with even Prime 3 making a reference to ""Project Dread" in one of the scannables in the environment. Either way I'm sure glad to see it finally materialize. The new suit looks cool, and the EMMI looks like a cool way to continue with the chase scenes from Fusion when running from the SA-X. I do have to wonder what technology wasn't available 15 years ago that is now. It can't just be graphics. Is Sakamoto exaggerating, or will there actually be something in the game that we'll think, "oh that's cool and totally not something that could have been done on the Gamecube/Wii/Wii U or Gameboy Advance/DS/3DS". Most importantly though, and this might be the biggest news of E3 this year is that @Keyser_Soze now totally owes me a cock ring!
  12. So happy we're finally getting Metroid 5. It's been 19 years since Fusion (fuck I feel old), and I've been wondering since how the story would progress from there. They totally named it Dread as fan service. BOTW2 for 2022 is nice. Probably will be the holiday title unless it is delayed. No Switch Pro even with all the rumours and supposed leaks this year. I never believed them before, but this year there seemed to be so many I thought maybe there was something to them. Nope. At this point though forget about a Switch Pro, it's time for a Switch 2; a true successor to the Switch, which will hopefully be backwards compatible and maybe, hopefully have Switch games run better.
  13. It was all sorts of fucked up ("Hey. Jim, I fucked your daughter. We still cool?"), but at least we didn't see the act.
