Good chance that if Trump gets a second term this case that has got little attention will be seen as patient zero for a new standard of ignoring lower courts.

 

They'll just basically ignore any ruling they don't like and say, "We'll see what happens when it gets to our court".

 

I would predict they'd ignore SCOTUS rulings as well, but hard to see where this court would deny Trump anything.

Really? Because SCOTUS has ruled against trump quite a bit. The hyperbole around here is a bit intense.
