Don't make it a chore. Spot-on with Persona 5, and it's OK to prioritize. Nobody does anything wrong not getting it all done; just take your time, look at what you'd like to max, and have some fun with it. I'll just add that you have more than enough time to max everyone in Persona 5 Royal. I'm actually a little shocked at how early I did that considering how many other people either missed one or maxed a final character on the very last day that they could. Coming off just playing God of War, TLOU2, Control, and Ghost of Tstsushima, this was tough to swallow at first.
