Twitch has this bounty system for streamers where they get money for playing a game on their bounty board. And after recent events, this happens:

So wait, "violence in video games" have been a heated debatable topic for DECADES but all of a sudden we're seeing serious traction in this medium within its own bubble in just over a weeks time!? WTF?

They do. The people with bounties this large have a pretty stable 20k+ average viewer count.
