 Sorry, I hadn't fact checked this and I have been running on old school knowledge. I believe that once upon a time mello yello was the more caffeinated beverage. These days however, MTN DEW contains 54mg/12 fl oz where as Mello Yello is 51 mg/12 fl oz.

I stopped drinking Mountain Dew because it doesn't have caffeine in Canada (by law, the only pop that can have caffeine is Cola.)
