He is playing well - but not THAT well (at least not yet). 2) You shouldn't be called a Super Bowl Candidate based on 3 games - particularly when two were won in OT. 3) Derek Carr hasn't made a huge step forward this year. Bryan Edwards and Henry Ruggs III have though.... 4) The Raiders defence HAS made a huge step forward too. Whether they are actually good or merely mediocre is yet to be determined. 5) The running game has me concerned. 6) The OL has me concerned -- both starting guards are on IR.
