Super Robot Wars is a tactical RPG that brings characters and robots from a variety of mecha anime together to battle their mutual foes. OMG I need a Aya Neo or something stat. This has a story that combines elements of the various series in it. Like in this one Zeta Gundam is mecha only if I remember. So the Zeta and the like will be in it as units but story elements from it won't be in. SD Gundam (barring a few handheld games) are just scenarios. Sadly i've tried a few times but I wasn't too big on the series because I don't really have time for SRPGs but I'm pretty sure my GB collection has a copy of the early games.
