Obviously the Trump administration has horribly mismanaged this crisis. But their are a ton of governors and mayors out there who are doing just as terribly and deserve to lose their jobs. I hope we actually get some accountability, but I'm not holding my breath.

I think this will be the best part of a Biden presidency. He is amenable to changing his platform when presented with new and better information. It's great to see.

I used to really enjoy reading Sullivan's blog. It was an interesting intersection of art, politics, and culture. He didn't espouse his race science then. But once he went back to writing columns, it's been nothing but calipers and Calvin Candie.

Republicans make sure that a lot of their voters, especially older ones, vote absentee. It's going to be delightful if Trump loses a few states because his voters' ballots aren't counted.

I've heard really good things about that.

There is definitely a class of elite journalists. They have the right family, went to the right schools, have the right connections. They were rewarded with cushy jobs that only required them to write poorly researched columns full of complaints about those less fortunate than them. They've gone their whole lives without facing any criticism. When faced with randos dunking on them via Twitter, they complained about how it was harassment and were backed up by their wealthy friends. Fuck them all. They've never written anything of value and won't be missed.

This just keeps happening.

Just draw a cool looking one and color it in crayon. That's all Trump needs to approve it.
