  1. I used to work in the shopping area that they are standing out in front of! Wild stuff! This is only a few miles down the road from UCF.
  2. Wordle 225 5/6 ⬛⬛⬛⬛🟨 ⬛⬛🟩⬛⬛ ⬛⬛🟩🟩⬛ ⬛⬛🟩🟩🟩 🟩🟩🟩🟩🟩
  3. Wordle 224 5/6 ⬛🟨⬛⬛🟨 🟨🟨⬛⬛⬛ ⬛⬛🟩🟨⬛ ⬛🟩🟩🟩🟩 🟩🟩🟩🟩🟩 I’m up late so might as well get in a world before bed. But the now I won’t have a wordle in the morning
  4. People love Thor. Just make the movies fun and give them some personality while still retaining their godlike aura.
  5. It would be great to see more artists do this. Unfortunately I would bet that only older artists actually have control over their catalog. And for those who were saying that Neil Young pulling his music his music doesn't matter at all, he still got 5 million listens a month. It's not like he's a nobody or anything. So respect your elders and chill it with the Young disrespect.
  6. A full blown Gods of Olympus movie done with big budget special effects would absolutely rip. Too bad every recent adaptation of Greek myth tones down the more mythical content of the story. And I don't understand why, don't people love superheroes? These were like the OG superheroes.
  7. I actually did the same. That is one major positive to this story is that’s it’s putting a spotlight on what I hear is a very important book.
  8. That wasn't my favorite part when it first happened, but it looks like Peacemaker learning to treat women better will be part of his character growth. And I think that is an interesting thing to depict in a show.
  9. Wordle 223 5/6 ⬛🟨🟨⬛⬛ ⬛⬛⬛🟨🟨 🟨⬛🟨⬛🟨 ⬛🟩🟩🟩🟩 🟩🟩🟩🟩🟩 Better than yesterday. I’m improving
  10. Peter Robbins, who voiced Charlie Brown in the 1960s, has died WWW.NPR.ORG As a child actor, Robbins voiced one of Charlie Brown's most famous lines — "I got a rock" — in It's the Great Pumpkin, Charlie Brown. The cause of death was suicide.
  11. I’m not sure if this was a reference to our conversation earlier but my argument wasn’t that it would confuse audiences, but rather that they prefer to have a consistent cast. Especially for characters and actors they really love. With that said, I don’t think anyone gives a shit about who plays the Wasp or not
  12. I felt like people were avoiding it because it’s not a “serious movie”, but I do think it’s very well paced and there isn’t really anything that can be cut out. It most certainly earns its runtime.
  13. Those are the stated reasons, at least. 8 profanities and one image containing nudity. I'm sure the district carries plenty of books that contain more than 8 profanities, however.
  14. Now that I’ve finally solved my first worldle I’m hooked. My hands are shaking as I’m jonesing for my next fix.
  15. Wordle 222 6/6 ⬛⬛⬛⬛🟩 ⬛⬛⬛🟩🟩 ⬛🟨⬛🟩🟩 ⬛⬛🟩🟩🟩 ⬛🟩🟩🟩🟩 🟩🟩🟩🟩🟩 Phewww! This is the first one I've been able to solve - my brain has never been good at unscrambling letters for some reason - so this one felt real good.
  16. Maybe let audiences get to know and love larger sized actors? I dunno, something doesn't sit right when they cast someone conventionally attractive like Jared Leto and make him look ugly with makeup, and they everyone praises the transformation. There are so many great character actors who would do well, but they aren't cast because they weren't born with the right looks or hairline. It wasn't always that bad. I remember the 90's being a time when someone who looked like Jason Alexander or Wayne Knight could become household names. Our society is so beauty obsessed that as a whole people don't seem to mind how much we discriminate against others based on genetics.
  17. What I've been thinking about more is Dinklage's larger point that there's a lot of hypocrisy in Hollywood surrounding representation and casting. Like how they pat themselves on the back for a racially diverse cast, but when it comes to something like House of Gucci or the upcoming Batman movie they rather have a movie star wear a fat suit the entire movie rather than giving a job to one of the many overweight actors out there who would be just as good in the movie if given the chance.
  18. I get what you're saying. I used to be a heavy drinker so I definitely have done some shit back in college that would be embarrassing if it were to become public information now. I get that. Nothing near as bad as what Louie did, but like you said, I also don't remember all of it either. I would like to think I would own up to and apologize for my own prior substance abuse issues if that was ever to be the case, though.
  19. I somehow did think it was possible to dislike Fallon any less. Showing off a $200,000 piece of digital art on TV in front of an audience who could never afford it is just gross.
  20. Jimmy Fallon Could Actually Be In Trouble For Awkwardly Pumping His Dumb Bored Ape NFT With Paris Hilton UPROXX.COM It looks like Fallon could actually be in trouble for trying to pump his NFT on viewers with Paris Hilton earlier this week.
