  1. Now that I think about it, maybe I cleared the Cave it was directing me to, so its already "completed" so I can't interact with it again. A buddy of mine was watching me play and told me it lead to something else so I believed him and thought I missed a cave, but he's an idiot.
  2. Yeah, I got that. This one let me interact with it, and it showed me the wisp and direction to go. I think you need to activate it to actually open up the entrance to the Dungeon, but not sure. I ignored the direction though the first time, and each time I've returned, it won't let me interact with it. And when I go to where it was pointing, I don't find any entrance to a cave or anything, so I'm a bit confused. I was wondering, does anyone know why we can or can't interact with it in different circumstances?
  3. Those little statues you find randomly around them map, it once let me examine one and it made a light patch pointing me to somewhere. When I return to that same statue, it's not an option to examine it again. I've seen one other somewhere else where it didn't give me the option either. Anyone know what allows us to examine those statues?
  4. I just hit Lvl 30, still haven't even approached the Castle. Hit that little Shack once you go through the Stormgate (Troll drops on you), I just started exploring everything behind me. I think I've killed maybe 6-8 mini bosses now. 2 Overworld Bosses, and maybe 6 Mini-Dungeons. Really enjoying my time exploring, ran into a few side quest NPCs, but haven't tackled their actual quests yet. Will get on a little later to continue the journey.
  5. Resisting buying this has been tough, I'm trying to wrap up Sekiro before Elden Ring drops, and have some meetings in Nashville til Friday anyway. May have to jump in after Elden Ring though to check it out.
  6. A lot of AAA big budget games seem to ignore that aspect of the world/engine. Halo was terrible as well during the campaign. A game with such interesting physics, and just about nothing in the actual world seems to interact with it. I think its one reason I appreciated Valheim so much and enjoyed it. Graphics aren't stellar by design, but the world felt more alive as you can interact with just about anything.
  7. I feel like more recent Souls games have been far more generous with Bonfire placement. I feel like in most areas theres almost too many. In Sekiro they are seem to be everywhere.
  8. I'm honestly confused as to what this game even was. I thought the Multiplayer has been out for years, and is one of the biggest games in Asia. Like a hundreds of millions of monthly active users. I thought this was just bringing F2P Multiplayer to console, along with Remedy making a little spin off campaign to go along with it. Was this a whole new multiplayer game developed too?
  9. Leverage. Can use their stable of 1st party titles to stop Sony from being as aggressive with other big 3rd party timed deals. Also prevents Sony from buying timed exclusivity on any of those games or content in those games.
  10. Just wrapped up Bloodborne. My ranking so far would probably be 1 - Dark Souls 2 - Bloodborne 3 - Dark Souls 2 4 - Demon Souls Dark Souls 2 was definitely a weaker entry than Dark Souls, but I still really enjoyed it once I got adjusted to it. It's not the prettiest game, but it has its moments in certain areas, with the wonderful world and enemy design From Software is known for. Really really enjoyed Bloodbornes combat. The faster style that relied more on movement and dodging fits my playstyle more. And some of the enemy design in that game was just crazy. Onto Dark Souls 3.
  11. Curious what you dislike it about it? Have you played the more recent titles and feel it plays too slow? First few hours I wasn't enjoying it as much as the initial Dark Souls, but it grew on me as I progressed, and I ultimately am glad I played through it.
