Trump just barely carried this by a little over two points. If the suburbs really are stronger for Biden, then this would be an easier win for Biden than it was for Obama in 2008. It's one vote, but indeed, that one vote prevents a tie in plenty of scenarios. If he carried Maine's district that Trump won, that would put him at 271 with MI, WI, and AZ.
