    If you have a big house and can set aside a room to use as your office and you only go in that room to do work, 100% WFH makes a lot more sense. If you live in a studio or one bedroom though then it's miserable being WFH.

    One guy I work for will often work late at night because he likes to do bike rides and stuff during the day, so he's basically shifting his time around. But he doesn't actually expect anyone to respond to his emails until the next morning so it's fine (and I don't have a work phone).
