Their decision flat-out says they're ruling that it's because nobody made any money off of this despite Congress passing a law saying that making money off the scheme isn't a requirement for the scheme being illegal.

I mean it's basically becoming clear that the only way to hold public officials accountable is to either vote them out or vote them in, nothing else can be done for things they do while in office.
