The plan was to get rid of the vehicle through bankruptcy but now I'm stuck with it for another two years. I owe 9K not 12. That was incorrect information. It will officially happen in January because they need to see I'm paying my parents rent for 2 months. This is incredible news because now my car will be taken away. I will then get a new car through my parents with a lower monthly payment.
