I found out Friday night that my uncle was admitted to Hospice. So my mom and I got a hotel room Saturday night through this week to spend time with him. He's been in a deep coma, and he stopped eating and drinking last week. It can be anytime now that he passes away. My aunt and uncle have been married for almost 61 years, and he served nine years in the Navy as a communications specialist. I probably won't be on very much for awhile.

Streams have been fantastic. They fixed the problem of getting caught in animations. Now when you throw a deep ball the receiver catches it in stride which is the way it should be. Also when throwing in the flat the running back no longer gets caught in an animation and goes out of bounds. Now they turn it up field. Franchise mode has skill earning mini games which looks really fun. I can’t wait to start my franchise tonight.

They say that every year. Like Call of Duty. It’s cool to not like certain gaming franchises. I can tell you without any doubt this is good and fun simulation football game.  The Franchise Mode is so deep this year. With training mini games that are fun as hell. It puts you in total control of your team. Choosing who to put in and run drills with. Making roster decisions like cutting players or moving them to your practice squad and developing them to maybe bring up at a later time. Tracking players health is a thing. Deciding by what their performance stats read you decide on if you should practice with pads on, partial pads, no pads, or give certain players rest. The best part is the actual gameplay during games. Shit plays good. So fluid and no more animations locking you into to silly choices. It plays so smooth in 24. Hard to describe but if you’ve played Madden year after year you will defiantly notice how improved the on field stuff is. I’ve played for three hours and all I’ve done is trained with mini games, improved my coaching staff using skill points, made roster adjustments such as cutting players or moving them up in the depth chart. Finally thru the Pre-season and my first regular season game is next against the Panthers. Stopped there since I’m playing 10 minutes quarters with a 20 second run off between plays. That gives you very accurate stats like an actual game. I’ll pick up there tomorrow after work.
