Ominous
@best3444 I don't know how you lived on just milk. I've gone back to having cow milk (no lactose) with my food but I'll be damned if I drink it straight. Milk for me is pretty much limited to oats and smoothies. For lunch every day I pretty much eat some overnight oatmeal. 40g oats 5g chia seeds 5g flaxseed 1/2 cup fairlife skim milk 16g PB Fit 170g non fat greek yogurt Under 400 calories 37g protein, 8g fat, 37g carbs Most mornings I'm doing a quick smoothie using a full cup of milk, keep the pbfit the flax and chia seeds, half serving of the yogurt and toss in a banana and some mixed berries (frozen is great here) and if you want some protein powder or more of the pbfit and you are going to be easily at 40g protein and right around 400 calories. How many gallons of milk were you drinking a day?
Rev
Have you tried potato bread? That's my favorite even without diet restrictions. Maybe it'd have fewer of the typical bread ingredients.
best3444
I was drinking 4 gallons a week. That diet looks extremely solid.

Dinner is likely either 93/7 ground beef or turkey, or salmon for protein. Depending on the meal I'm likely having rice or mixed veggies with it. For snacks I'll likely have some flavored Greek yogurt and low fat cheese. If I'm not running I'm probably around 1700 calroris and 1g protein per pound body weight. If I run any considerable distance than I'm probably 3000+ calories and adding in eggs and what sounds good.
gamer.tv
I don’t run half as far/much as you do, but I could definitely stand to up my diet game.
