  1. Happy that they are adding more playlist. My buddy was disappointed that there were no new modes when the campaign dropped. Slayer and SWAT playlist are going to be on heavy rotation for us.
  2. I am loving the new sandbox in Halo Infinite. Been watching a lot of WTF clips on youtube and boy this game provides more "Battlefield" moments than Battlefeild 2042
  3. They put out a hot fix today and so far so good. I was having the game freeze up on me when applying tunes but hasn't happened today.
  4. I can assure you out of the 4 of us it is not we that are on crack https://www.gamespot.com/articles/halo-infinite-unlock-time-release-times-explained-pre-load-not-live/1100-6498215/
  5. I think the difference is that with the Halo battle passes is that they don't expire. Once you buy them you can complete them at your own pace. The games been out for about 2 weeks and am at level 28. I have been splitting my time with Forza, MLB The Show 21 and Battlefield. I should hit 100 way before the next battle pass comes out.
  6. TBH I'm not sure what my Drivatar is like. I usually try to drive clean in my races. Maybe depends on the Drivatar difficulty you are playing on. I don't enjoy playing on anything higher than Highly Skilled. The game bumped me up to Expert and I had to fight for the top spot which was frustrating because the Drivatar would either slam me against a wall or just take off on me in a straight away even though we would have the same car and PI.
  7. The seasonals for winter have been pretty challenging. I had a tough time with the street scene race because the car I chose had a difficult time with the corners but I was determined to use my Focus RS for that. The Rival racing is damn fun. The more people that join the D1P club the better!
  8. Mine says Halo 2 was my first Xbox 360 game but that was because I played it at a friends house as they got their Xbox 360 first. I got mine like 2 weeks later because of shortages and the first game I popped in there was COD2.
  9. Dang first signed on to Xbox Live 10/31/2004. I think I had a different gamertag before then since I remember getting Xbox Live right before Halo 2 launched and playing Crimson Skies online. Might have not liked the name and created a second one. Still 2004 is a long time ago
  10. TBH I'd rather have the devs take all the time in the world instead of releasing a buggy mess and patching it as they go. Just look at Battlefield So far the extra year has been worth it just with how the multiplayer has turned out. It's the best playing competitive Halo. I'll gladly wait for the co op campaign if it launches as smooth as the multiplayer.
  11. That makes sense. I usually don't play with aim assist anyway. But it's a bummer that hacks are running rampant before it's official launch. And yes the shipment container level sucks. I also played that snow level which is huge. Probably too big for its own good. It makes picking Sundance the wing suit specialist a must.
  12. A friend of mine that plays on PC mentioned that the cheat hacks that worked on the previous BF work on this and that a lot of PC players are using aim bot. I played a few games last night and that would explain a lot of weird deaths I had.
  13. Yes. it is. Even if it's to hold you over until the Series X is readily available. My buddy wants a Series X but settled for a Series S. The loading times are worth it alone. Then there is the next gen upgrades like being able to play 2042 with current gen players. I have a Series S in my office and play it on a 1080p 144hz screen and it plays great.
  14. With Halo and Forza I haven't had a chance to jump into 2042. Guess that's a good thing. Hopefully they can get this all figured out soon. I quite enjoyed the beta even with all the bugs.
  15. One thing I have learned from companies wanting to sell NFT art these past several days is that you can't buy NFT's with money. They want you to connect your bank to a crypto exchange, then they want you to convert real money into their own crypto currency they are selling, then you have to transfer that crypto currency to a crypto wallet, then you can buy an NFT. This all sounds like they want you to invest in their form of crypto by convincing you that you are buying something of value with it. It all just sounds real shady to me and eventually all this crypto/nft bubble will pop. People just want to get in on the ground floor incase it takes off like bit coin. Humans are the worst.
