I was trying to build a class where my turrets do all my bidding and I just snipe from far away

Lol Im Pretty much there. Both turrets set to freeze. One does pretty good damage and the other has a stackable armor lowering ability. My gun has that corpse exploder ability. So I just sit back and fire it into the frozen crowd and boom!

I cannot seem to find one that I like, and while being in lockdown means my girlfriend and I aren't having sex as often as we'd like since we can't see each other as often, each time we do I really don't feel anything. I've tried various ones from Trojan, Durex, and even a UK company that uses many more sizes, but nothing I found feels pleasurable. Curious to know what you guys use.

Side note: I kind of find it funny that growing up I always thought when guys would say, "I don't want to use a condom, baby, I can't feel anything" it was just a shitty excuse to not use one, and them being pigs. Which it still is, but it is somewhat truthful :p

    Did you try sheepskin yet?

So I’m now playing this and I’ve beat the first boss and then died fairly soon after that. I’m still trying to decide on the weapon I like the most, I’ve been using the spear but it gets panned by a lot of people so I might try the sheiks or the bow tomorrow and see how it goes.

I can already confirm I will not be one of those people that finished the game after a few goes...

Took me 21 tries to clear my first run I believe.

I use my skills almost constantly so hard to imagine them coming more into play than I already am. :p

Hopefully I can carve some more time out with this game, I haven't played in a couple of days.

Its not that you use them more. You just use them differently in more interesting ways because the perks you unlock change what they do.

  5. Yeah I got to a point in WT6 where I was super frustrated with a certain battle.  Then I took some time to change up my gear so the skills all aligned in a way i thought should help with the problems I was having and i got through the fight relatively easy.  I haven't had too much trouble since.  It really is all about making sure the perks on your gear line up with the skills your using and each other.  It makes a TON of difference.  I've really enjoyed getting to difficult parts because it means I need to step back and reexamine my set up for the fight.  Loving this game.

I do love how so many of the pro basketball “era” discussions essentially start in the mid - late 80’s since that’s what most of the people talking hoops today, myself included, remember. Wilt, Russell, Kareem are just chilling over here as if the GOAT discussion is somehow a 2 way contest between Jordan and LeBron.

Because it is a two way discussion.

Mention that movie in my presence and you're likely to get an essay you have no interest in.

Actually it's nowhere near as bad as gods and generals, but either one is nothing but lost cause propaganda, and to make it worse they're not even enjoyable propaganda. I fucking hate both of those movies with the fire of a thousand suns.

The ONLY black characters in Gods and Generals are serving with the confederate army and are totally happy with their lot in life. As far as I recall, the only black characters in Gettysburg are stonewall Jackson's slaves. Then again, that might also be Gods and Generals. Those movies blur together a lot in my head.

The only civil war movies I've ever seen that don't promote some kind of lost cause propaganda are Glory, Ride with the Devil (weirdly, since it revolves around white characters serving the confederate cause and features a black character who fights with them, but somehow it works out... It's complicated), and the free state of jones. ALSO, gettysburg and gods and generals completely shy away from the brutality of the war. There was a hell of a lot of hand to hand combat in the civil war, it was insanely violent. In those movies, people just fall down when they're shot. At least in Glory someone gets brained in the first scene.

And even then, Glory and the Free State of Jones have white savior complexes.

Shit, see, there I go. Mention either of those fucking movies and I can't help myself.

Gods and Generals sucks, and gettysburg is only mildly better.

Gettysburg is fantastic. Love that move. Chamberlain FTW!!!!!

King of Monsters is boring.  I don’t know how you make that concept boring, but they do.

This is a lie. The human parts are a mess but the monster parts are still very cool and they show you everything this time instead of that odd “Godzilla fighting on the tv in the background” choice they went with for the first movie.

  9. Yes 100% I second this. It is AMAZING!!! I couldn’t believe how well they adapted it. The dialogue is almost exact from the comic, there’s a few extra lines I noticed to better explain what you can’t see. Dream has some more inner dialogue also to explain what he’s thinking(shown in the comic) and then Neil Gaiman is the narrator and he describes some of what you’d see as well. The cast is great and the production values are through the roof. This is a full on radio style production. Besides the full cast there’s music/score and sound effects. I actually would listen to a few books then go and reread them in the actual comic. Wonderful experience and I recommend it to everyone.

Good for you, I guess? Weird flex but okay lol

He wasn’t flexing and didn’t say it in any kind of aggressive or insulting way. Chill.

Now myself on the other hand....The whole length of this thing has become such an utter asinine talking point. It’s not an unheard of length for a movie. It’s rare but not some great unexplored frontier to have a 4 hour movie. Gettysburg, Lawrence of Arabia, Gone With the Wind are all 4 hour movies. Not to mention that despite its obvious bloat The Snyder Cut is relatively well paced so it doesn’t seem as long.

I finished it in one sitting. It wasn’t hard. I enjoyed it. If anyone couldn’t finish it in one sitting than I declare them to be a moron.

Now THAT is a weird flex.

  11. I loved it.

Like Skillz said these are hands down the dumbest most nonsensical humans to date. They sucked in the previous two Godzilla movies(I actually really enjoy them in Skull Island) but at least there was that sort of dark sense of mystery. This is just straight silly the whole time.

The monster battles are incredible. The best on film to date. I just want to watch a 2 hour battle good lord.

The score is brilliant. It reminded me of the scores from old 80’s fantasy movies and really added a sense of wonder to the scenes. Absolutely loved the music.

All in all Skull Island is still my favorite. And I missed the dark brooding look from the previous two Godzilla movies. But the fighting, dear god the fighting is so fantastic. I hope they keep this universe going but if this was the finale then what a great send off.
