I saw the cast announcement on IG earlier. SO PSYCHED!!! I could not possibly love anything more than I loved part 1

Lets see what happens with HBO when their year of giving away free Blockbusters ends.

I dunno that looked pretty awesome to me. Combined with the first trailer I’d say the vibe feels right. And most importantly, piecing things together so far, the story feels like it’s going to be right.

I can’t even comprehend what 8 inches of rain would even look like in terms of the actual visual of that much water falling from the sky

I think I’ve watched the original one like 20 times
-
Yep I’ll watch the fuck outta that

I kind of had no doubt it would be good be glad it actually is.

I'll be honest, I haven't watched hardly anything on Netflix in months. As a middle aged straight white guy, i'm obviously not their target demographic. Now i just stick to Shudder, Amazon Prime and Hulu
I can’t tell if this is a terrible take or a terrible joke- 1

That's because Natasha is by far the most uninteresting character in the whole MCU and it doesn't help that she's played by a thoroughly uninspiring actress either.
I wish I could like this a thousand times -

The season fells like it just ends abruptly because it's not a real season ending cliffhanger. In a normal world, this would be more of a mid-season cliffhanger while the series went on a short break. Like I said before, there's way too much shit up in the air and expecting folks to remember it all a year, year and a half, is a lot to ask for. Half of next season's runtime is going to be recaps.
No it wont. It’ll take literally 45 seconds of “previously on” and it will jog everyone’s memory. There’s not really that much to remember.
I loved the finale personally. Obviously it ends on a fantastic cliffhanger that not only has you excited for the next season. It sets up EVERYTHING ELSE TO COME. I’m excited for movies/shows I didn’t even really care about before just to see how this phase plays out. I think the Phase 1-3 worked because it was such a novel idea to link so many movies. But by the end the formula and story was pretty played out and boring. This next round of story telling is genuinely interesting and exciting so far.

I think they've lost a bit of their magic. While they still make decent movies, with some downright brilliant (Coco) they aren't consistently great the way they used to be.
I didn’t even like Coco to be honest. I think Moana is the only movie that’s stood out to me for awhile -
I can’t tell if I’m growing out of Pixar/Disney(at age 40) or if they really have had just a lot of crap and boring ideas for the last 10 years

Honestly I assumed this game was out already

Ever seen Walhlbergs daily routine? I can believe he keeps himself looking that way naturally.
Also remember we rarely see a lot of these people in their daily lives. Getting that absolutely chiseled look for a short period of time, in order to look great for a few scenes, is completely possible. It’s all about cutting a ton of water weight. It’s not really sustainable on a day to day basis. But to get in shape and look that way just on film naturally is totally possible.

Yeah Skellige had some pretty cool and interesting quests as well. Plus at that point the narrative was really picking up steam and I was pushed to find out what happened next.

Well I don't remember the last time I looked, but I remember looking after what seemed like more than a reasonable amount of time for the OST to show up anywhere and couldn't find it. And then tried at least a couple of more times spaced a couple of months apart. I guess at some point I just gave up and stopped checking.
But anyhow it's still kind of amazing how many covers of this song keep showing up in my Discover Weekly.
No you’re right. I wanted to make it my ringtone but couldn’t find the original version for months! -
Lol what? Maybe it feels that way but at no point do the production values of this movie come even close to resembling a cheaply made TV movie lol

Sweet mother of god give it to me!!!!

True. I mean this is the same universe where Tom Holland bench presses a collapsed building off himself, so… all bets are off
Not trying to be captain literal man. But low key Holland might actually be the strongest actor in the Marvel Universe. P -

I like champagne. I don’t understand the obsession with the rare/expensive stuff but I’ve had good champagne that was very enjoyable.
I didn’t either until I tried it. Stuff like Dom and Cristal are light years better than even stuff like Veuve’s $60 champagne

Really curious how this turns out. There’s only 6 hourish episodes in season 1. So seems like they’re certainly not going to move slowly.
