Pat Robertson roundly sucks. But remember when he lied about being able to leg press 2,000 pounds? '700 Club' host claims to have leg-pressed 2,000 lbs. WWW.ESPN.COM Religious broadcaster Pat Robertson says he did once leg-press a ton when he was almost 73 and had prostate cancer, and he still regularly lifts up to 1,200 pounds with his legs.

Whew! I thought I was going to regret getting rid of Netflix. Guess not! -

TBH I don't really pay attention to our D1P Vestibule, so I had completely forgotten about Brazil. -
The flu waxes and wanes with different variants appearing each season, and that's why we need to get a flu shot every year. And that immunity builds up through our lifetime (as our natural immune system effectiveness decreases). If Covid is endemic and will continue to circulate, then yes, I will gladly get a yearly Covid booster just like I get a yearly flu shot.

Not here-here. But on IGN. I don't remember him from there, but other users say he did. Apparently he's always been the way he is. Like Lopez! -

Of all our former posters that are marginally Twitter famous, Lopez is just trying to achieve Michael Tracey's level of notoriety as a Poster. -
The show is called THE MANDALORIAN. Of COURSE the ultimate conflict needs to wind up being a struggle within Mandalorian culture! I'm excited for the Darksaber to be fought over. And eventually, I want to see Gorgu come back and whip ass. EDIT: But in the mean time... I am very excited for Book of Boba Fett. I never got the fascination with his character, but the last season of Mando really added more to that character.

Yeah, I love Bond and all that, but coming out of the pandemic (that's STILL HAPPENING) means I don't want to be in public for long, and I certainly don't want to sit in a theater for three and a half hours. That's an ENTIRE afternoon essentially. Gonna catch this one at home. -
@Ominous @Joe I've tinkered around with some amortization tables on what I currently owe, vs. what a potential 15 year would be vs. what I could invest in the difference (yay Vanguard ETFs). The mortgage brokers I've spoken to have also offered 20 year loans. I've not heard of those. But I've gotten a quote or two. I don't know if 20 years are weird refinancing scams or if they're just splitting the difference between 15 and 30 year. I'm being pretty conservative with estimated return rates, so it looks like the "invest the difference" would work out well on a 20 year. If the market beats 3% over the next 15 years, then I'm even better off.
