  1. Flippant answer: Serious answer: There are already hundreds of thousands of impoverished people living in Mississippi due to Republican mismanagement and misrule. If they were cut off from the Federal government their lives would get even worse. How about the entire GOP state government self-secedes? Let them live on the Great Pacific Garbage Patch and make their dream country.

  3. Highly Online Celebrities should pay me an expensive consulting fee to help them avoid this. For $100k a year I will offer them the advice: just log off bro.
  4. Republicans continue to push Soros conspiracies. Should we be surprised that their supporters target Jews?
  5. All a debate does is reward a bad-faith debater (ie, Republicans). It's not an exchange of ideas, it's a forum for Republicans to scream their lies to a broad audience. If Democrats complain, they look like scolds or that guy screaming for the mods. My modest proposal is to replace all debates with a lie-detector test. Hook up the candidates to a lie-detector and place a molten iron rod to their genitals. Ask them questions about their platform and if they lie, give 'em a prod. The only people who like the current debate format are the dweeby Ivy League types who always said to the teacher "Sir! Sir! You forgot to give us homework sir!"
  6. No. They are a ratfucking organization. In an actual just and lawful society O'Keefe and his goons would be hammering rocks in a penal colony on the moon. An anthropologist should study the connection between how bigoted and hateful a right-wing chud is and how ugly they are: Their inherent ugliness on the inside reflects on the outside.
  7. It really feels like every single cop in the state of Oregon should be fired.
  8. https://www.bloomberg.com/news/articles/2020-08-17/what-works-to-persuade-people-to-wear-masks A way to get people to wear masks is to compare them to helmets or seatbelts: "A recent survey of more than than 2,000 state residents offered respondents five different messages and gauged whether they made people more or less likely to wear a mask in public, as compared to a control group that saw no message. Comparing masks to helmets and seatbelts was the only message that had a positive impact on people’s decisions." So a Biden administration could send masks to every household in America with literature explaining how a mask is just like a seatbelt or helmet. It won't get everyone on board, but the more people wearing masks the better.
