Shafowbringers and Endwalker have some of the best stories in gaming. This is, by far, the game I am most excited about. It isn't even close. GoW has me excited, so does playing Crisis Core again. I can't wait for Rebirth, but this is the announced game I sm most excited about.

Ben Moore leaves EA July 1st. Now all of the best talent is gone. I don't see how the company doesn't fall apart. Pretty sad. Its pretty much the end of EA for me. I hope Ben does his own podcast or at least streams.

There are cigarette black markets already, its just not popular in America because prices are comparatively low compared the USA. Other countries sell them for ~15$-20$ a pack, and in those places people absolutely go to black market. The Canadian cigarette black market on reservations is huge. So questioning is a problem? She is a neuroscientist, I doubt her questions stem from Q related conspiracies, because I believe she has had this stance well before covid, and has nothing to do with covid itself. There's a wide gulf between a scientist questioning them and what the right is doing. I would also say eating well and exercising was also extremely important when it comes to who died or got extremely ill with covid. CDC study finds about 78% of people hospitalized for Covid were overweight or obese WWW.CNBC.COM An overwhelming majority of people who have been hospitalized, needed a ventilator or died from Covid-19 have been overweight or obese, the CDC said. 78% of the hospitalized were overweight/obese, and the percentage of those dying is probably higher. i realize theres a lot of systemic problems with Obesity, but it's definitely something we should be tackling. The government did nothing to promote physical well-being during the worst of the pandemic. We should have been encouraging fitness and exercise outdoors, not JUST mask up and wait for vaccine to save you. North America is very sick. Almost 35% are considered obese, and over half are overweight. The answer isn't just more medication.

That sounds like Tommy Tallarico thinking he can take on Nintendo with the Amico while telling people the switch is a pornogaphry console 😆 You're making sales for the competition, Tommy. -

Definitely. The right wing MTG/Cruz types went all in on it. -
1. Nothing said by dave can be remotely called hate speech. 2. Nobody said rights were violated, but they absolutely wanted to censor him. Ill never be ok with that. 3. Im not offended by any of it, I'm saying that this hurts the trans community more than helps it. It loses them support from the left of center, including from the lgb community. They can be offended all they want, just stop trying to censor what offended you for the rest of the world.

Evans, yeah, my bad. It won't stop me from watching (when it's streaming), I don't know reasoning, but it doesn't sound right to me. Definitely not a major problem, it just doesn't feel like Buzz to me when he speaks. -

How is the movie, though? Because everyone I talk to that has seen it, including my gay brother in law and his husband, just seems to think it wasn't a very good pixar movie? My biggest turnoff was Hemsworth as the voice. Every time I see a commercial and buzz speeks, it just seems wrong. But you're definitely right, theres a right-wing backlash to this film that is absurd. -
But there was no offense, he didn't do anything terrible, he told jokes. Jokes a particular group didn't like. Finding them personally offensive is fine. Demanding his special to be pulled is not. Demanding Netflix not work with him is also not ok. And it's definitely not a way to gain acceptance among the general public. And personally, I didn't think the last special was great, but the pandemic was a tough time for comedy anyway. But saying it's hate speech and the like was going way too far. Equal rights are important, but nobody has a right to not be offended. I really do understand that the trans community has tremendous challenges in life, but demanding punishment for everyone who offends them publicly is never going to win them support from the general public. It's like the Lia Thomas thing. It's a fight that is only going to make acceptance harder for them, because even most democrats are against it.
