  2. I haven't played That's You but heard it's a really good party game. It's just a matter of getting everyone together. Knowledge Is Power is one I've not heard very good things about. Pity nobody else would give them work, but at least they were able to for a short time from one of the Big Three.
  3. My favorite analysis of the hearings, also taking it back to Kavanaugh: "Every republican strategy for congressional hearings: Just yell real loudly in a southern accent."
  4. Everything I played was fine. Maybe there was a resolution difference? But even so, I found it to be the best just because you didn't have to wait for anything to become compatible. Buy a PS2 at launch and you get to play almost the entire library of PS1 games with a few exceptions (and I don't recall there being any glaring exceptions, like a FF7 or RE2).

Also, don't forget you have until March 8th to download the PS3/Vita games: Divekick, PS3 (Cross-Buy with PS Vita) Metal Gear Solid 4: Guns of the Patriots, PS3 Gunhouse, PS Vita (Cross-Buy with PS4) Rogue Aces, PS Vita (Cross-Buy with PS4)
  6. He stayed out of it in 2016 when he, behind-the-scenes, was for Hillary over Biden, so I'd expect the same now.
  7. Republicans want to postpone the hearing. Dems aren't having it.
  8. Sony had it in their second console. 360 didn't have it. And with Nintendo, they were in the BC field in their handhelds. As @Paperclyp has said, the companies aren't your friends; it's not like any of them haven't done BC before MS. They were all doing that. The only thing now is that we may be entering a time where, since much technology is consolidating (phones do a billion things, TVs can access internet and apps, etc.), that it's more important for current tech to play previous tech. It may also help developers who are making current gen games that their games are playable on next-gen hardware. That's my hope, anyway. It was great because there were only a few games that couldn't work on the PS2. Just about everything was playable the minute you bought it. You didn't have to wait for them to make a batch of games playable. I have hopes because Cerny is apparently the architect again, and between SharePlay, ability to stream/save videos with ease, and suspend/resume, he figured out a lot of user-friendly functions developers and gamers were asking for. With these patents, my hope is, even if it's after launch, I can play PS1 - PS4 games. I also have stuff from the previous three consoles that would get more playtime if I could suspend/resume them as well.
  9. Since Trump? Polls were unpopular for investigating Clinton and they went full charge and did poorly in 98. Polls were unpopular for the Iraq War, they were stubborn about it, and they were whipped in 2006 and 2008. If it doesn't sway them, they tend to pay the price despite the CEB's doom and gloom, glass full empty mindset. Being Trump bootlickers certainly didn't help them nationally last year. We'll see what problems Dem have going into 2020, though.
  10. The broadcast channels (ABC/CBS/NBC) and cable news usually FB stream it. 10am is the start time IIRC.
  11. Think of it this way. Microsoft had no BC forever, and then all of a sudden they're BC with both of their previous consoles. PS2 had great BC, PS3 started with BC, PS4 had none. But there's a history of it, so returning to it isn't really that weird.
  12. Post in my kindness thread and I'll support the shit out of you
  13. Yeah, sorry. I'm getting them mixed up since SDNY received help from Mueller to raid Cohen's place, and because all of them can pass info to the state of NY, IIRC.
  14. He's not issuing a pardon to Cohen, and it doesn't matter if he disowns them. Cohen's a shithead regardless as to whether or not Trump likes him. He also can't pardon anybody charged by SDNY.
  15. The fact that Cohen is going to jail and testifying against the president, that Stone was arrested and smacked down by a judge, plus the many who have been indicted and Flynn basically getting called a disgrace to the flag, means much already came out of this. Some of you guys need to refrain from associating this with bringing down Trump. Whatever happens to him, the fact that awful people are getting court time, jail time, and are being smacked from the pedestal they thought they were on has been highly enjoyable but a long time coming.
