I like making jokes about Ringo -- one of my favorite lines was Colbert in 08 when he interviewed Paul McCartney, and the intro said, "The Beatles members were John Lennon, Paul McCartney, George Harrison, and the luckiest man in the history of the world," -- but he's a great drummer. What made him so good was his creative ability, listening to a song like Strawberry Fields Forever or A Day in the Life and knowing how to make the drum section work. If you just play the drum track to something like Come Together, there's no mistaking it for any other song.

It's mostly good news for Biden, but there are some trade offs (ex: I like seeing Ohio and Iowa much closer in the polls, and Pennsylvania is still quite close, and not all polls in Michigan/Wisconsin are +6/+7). Colorado and Virginia have historically been swing states and were not runaway winners for Hillary, but Biden is averaging over 50% easily in both.

inFAMOUS: First Light took the Fetch character from Second Son and gave her her own game. It took place in half of Second Son's open world (so a new world wasn't built for the game) and had its own story for Fetch and different side missions, plus an arena mode. It was shorter than Second Son and served as a prequel to it. You could buy it and not even own Second Son, but it wasn't a continuation of the story. Uncharted 4 is around a 20 hour single-player experience plus its multiplayer mode. Lost Legacy was made VERY quickly -- one year -- and used the same engine and graphics as 4. Instead of a new journey for Nate, it was a story involving Chloe, a popular and long-standing side character, plus Nadine, who was a new character in 4. It was more the length of a PS3 Uncharted. The multiplayer mode was the same as 4's, so you could play with Uncharted 4 players. While it's its own game and can be played without having touched 4, it serves more as a side story with a different character. It's a full-length game, though. It's different from something like Horizon: Frozen Wilds because that expansion gets implemented into Horizon Zero Dawn's world. Dying Light had an expansion that was the same thing. The expansion was called The Following, and you could play it by itself, but it looked the same as Dying Light and was shorter in length.

I wonder how big the Miles part is. Spider-Man on PS4 was a lean open-world game. Plenty to do, fun side missions, but not overlong.

Exactly. This looks like a bullet hell arcadey AA/AAA game. Sony really seems to like Housemarque. They have trouble on the independent scene, but I'd love if they had Sony's resources under that umbrella. They'd be able to do so much, including their smaller, less expensive works.

I love Bojack Horseman, but during the beginning of the pandemic when everything was uncertain and stay-at-home orders were being issued en masse, it wasn't one of the showed I considered when looking for feel good shows. That said, I'm feeling normal now, so I'm not too concerned with being shocked. ymmv

The one on the Playstation channel was 30fps, yeah. I found this one but haven't actually watched it all the way through since I'm at work. Lemme know if it's showing 60fps or if that's an option that shouldn't be on the video.

Great game. It's a remake of the first, but its controls are modern. Example: there's no strafing in the first game, but that's a common feature in shooters. You can upgrade weapons like most R&C games (you couldn't in the original), and some cutscenes are from the movie while others are using in-game graphics. It's a fucking beautiful game, too. The only thing missing is an arena mode. I hope this one has one. Granted, the first R&C didn't have one either, so it's not really a "letdown" that the remake didn't have one either, but I'd have loved one.

Yo, Vita was gone after a year. PSVR's been going strong for nearly four years with a huge Iron Man game slated for release soon after Blood & Truth earlier this year.

Lost Legacy was really its own game, around the length of the PS3 ones, and arguably with the best action set piece of any of the games.

I'm just excited to get into the game; I missed out on its release and didn't even have a PS3 at the time.

Nah. Like, I get liking a bad looking game means liking a game with "character" or something, but the remake is clearly closer to what was imagined.
