If anything it's to the game detriment. They added better movement options, parrying, and stealth kills with the game being a remake. Kinda like the conplaint about Twin Snakes it's too easy if you have MGS2 features because the levels weren't designed with that in mind.

Do any other fighting games fall into this category? I generally like the idea of playing vs friends or fam for fighting games. So like the new MKs with their enjoyable SP stories work for me. I know the various Arc System games would but I wouldn't know where to start with Blazblue for example.

It did never make any sense to release it after season 1. I stopped after the first 30min to wait dor the game. Runs well on my rig. The shader compliation takes forever. I left the game running and went over to play CoH3. Did play for a bit but I guess shader stutter is an issue when it's not 100% complete. It lookd amazing but performance feels off. I'm in the mid 50s to mid 60s. The game looks amazing but a 7900XTX at slightly below 4k should get more then that. Time to wait for driver and performance patches I guess. Or play something else while I wait for stutter. Guess I found a use for a 16 core processor. Compling shaders while I play something else. Wonder what perf I'd have gotten out of an 8 core processor in this case. Anyone with CoH3 can check? Edit: Zen 5 possibly 3d v cache and a 8900XTX in 2025 let's go. Alternatively maybe just the 8900XTX can brute force games like this.

I want to blame this on the Vietnam War. My understanding is the anti-war movement grew in part to the news airing basically uncensored combat footage. It's a small group of countries that have visa free travel to the US. I got married in Colombia but it would have been about 6 months to a year to get a visa. Green card is 2 years after staying in the US with Customs interviews during that period to make sure. AFAIK the only Latin American countries are Mexico and Chile. That's for family but if you don't have a relative in the US it's a lottery. Tourist visas aren't subject to lottery so most people with family here that aren't citizens just get a tourist visa and stay here. My cousin's ex wanted to marry me actually. OG was a marathon. I basically didn't stop playing it until I beat it after 20 hours of gameplay. I expect 20 again maybe a bit longer with this one while I adjust to like puzzle changes.
