  1. If there is a valid way to list the ME trilogy with one entry, I'm all for it. I just think that ME1 is by far the best so if only one ME game makes the list I want it to be ME1. I've said this before but one of my problems with ME2 is how inconsequential it is to the trilogy. How much of that is ME3's fault vs ME2's fault we'll never really know unless we get the original ME3 before the leaks. ME2 also has the worst combat and the most limitations. ME1 has a lot of freedom with every ability having its own cooldowns and weapon mods. Sure, it's not that great of an action game but it's a great RPG. ME3 is a very fun action game with the best shooter feel of all the games, even MEA. Plus, how they expanded on the classes from ME2 was amazing. Each class really was the "next level" version of the ME2 class. ME2 is just stuck in the middle, being the worst of both worlds instead of the best. ME2 forced the cover-based shooting too hard and that hurts the game. All of your abilities share a global cooldown, you have far fewer abilities due to the de-homogenizing of the classes, and this, IMO, resulted in some lackluster abilities like ammo mods. While they were very useful, changing the elemental attack of your space bullets is boring. It wasn't until ME3 that the redesigned classes really shined. ME3 also made the Paragon/Renegade system better, whereas ME2 leaned more into it requiring you to basically be full blue for full red to get the best outcomes and that's just a limiting factor that I dislike. While it wasn't much better in ME1, there was a very easy exploit that made the whole system irrelevant so you were able to just do whatever you wanted. Edit: Just want to add that ME2 isn't a bad game at all. Just my least favorite of the trilogy.
  2. My favorite totally real not made up story from this is the brother and sister who banged cuz they thought they were going to die.
  3. I solved in 4 and the wordle bot admonished me for using a poor choice that left me with only 1 possible guess instead of its suggestion which would have left me with 5. Wordle 840 4/6* ⬛🟨⬛🟨⬛ ⬛🟨🟨⬛⬛ 🟨⬛🟩🟨⬛ 🟩🟩🟩🟩🟩
  4. I've heard this song a few times, prolly on streams. Never knew it was from a sonic game. I won't hate on it for being from a sonic game. Good is good.
  5. Lucky? There are no good sonic games. Lucky would have been them never being made so I don't have to suffer people liking them.
  6. wrong wrong It's either Halo CE or Halo 3 that goes on the list. Never liked 2 and I don't have the MP memories to give it a boost in my personal rankings.
  7. It's pretty hard to say which games belong on such a list. It's far easier to list what shouldn't be. No Halo after Halo 3. No racing games especially racing sims. Nothing from Naughty Dog. No walking simulators. No crafting shit. Most puzzle games can hit the road. No first-person shooter before 2001. None of the Fallout games. No GTA game, maybe GTA4 or SA, but I'd rather not. No Battle Royal games. None of the modern indie pixel games. Pretty much no sports games unless you count the Tony Hawk games as sports games and Wii Sports. I could probably find more. The only game for sure I'd put on the list somewhere is Dark Souls. Not only is Dark Souls still actually a good game, it created one of my favorite genres. Anyone who disagrees with DS being on a list is just a shitter who never got gud.
  8. No it wasn't. I thought it was very not good, especially the 3 protags shit. GTA 6 has me at zero interest because they seem to be doing it again.
  9. It has been debated if it would be DLC or a LoP 2 so to speak. As long as P remains the MC I'm good. I wasn't too interested in a sequel with the other character.
  10. What I meant is that even without legacy there are previous titles that are better than the modern titles. I read your post in that you have to factor in legacy otherwise the newest version is always the best, and I disagreed with that. If legacy mattered then DOOM makes more sense than DOOM Eternal but legacy doesn't matter nearly as much to me and so I would never put DOOM on a list when DOOM Eternal exists. On the other hand, nu-halo is legit bad and makes Old Halo look even better.
  11. I don't think this is always the case. While Elden Ring isn't exactly Dark Souls, ER is practically DS4 and I still think DS1 is by far the Dark Souls. I'll never replay ER, but I will replay DS1 again. Halo 3 was the last good Halo. No, I didn't care for Reach. I think SM64 is far better than Odyssey and I'm not really a Mario guy. OoT, MM, WW, TP, SS, and ALbW(legit amazing btw) are all better than the Switch Zeldas. Final Fantasy is pretty diverse so it is quite easy to say an older title is better. I will say that I think Mario Kart gets better with each installment. I remember being all excited to play Mario Kart 64 again on the Wii VC and was so disappointed by it after playing Mario Kart DS.
  12. I like both cats and dogs tho I developed allergies to both. After my dog died in the 2010s, I decided to be pet free be due to that.
