mclumber1
The situation is still developing, but late last night it was noticed that the Soyuz spacecraft was leaking a liquid into the vacuum of space. Although not confirmed as to what the substance is, it is most likely coolant that keeps either the electronics or habitable volume of the capsule cool. This could very well make the ship unusable, which would strand 3 people aboard the ISS until Russia can send up an uncrewed Soyuz, which could take months to process and launch. Russian Soyuz spacecraft leaking unknown liquid in space WWW.INDIATODAY.IN Russia’s space agency and Nasa planned to investigate the Soyuz leak to determine how the capsule might have been affected. It wasn’t immediately clear what effect the leak would have on the crew’s mission.
CitizenVectron
Over/under on days until Musk claims he can send up a SpaceX capsule to save them (and ultimately does nothing)? This sucks, though. How long does the ISS have supplies for, for events like this? 1

If there was an emergency that caused the entire crew to evacuate the station, the Soyuz may not be reliable or safe enough for them to use. Uaarkson
Is this going to be an Apollo 13 type mission where they have to fix everything with paper clips and rubber bands?
