The seven astronauts currently living and working on the International Space Station were forced to shelter in their transport vehicles when the station passed uncomfortably closed to orbital debris, according to reports.

Not a good look!  The debris will cross the ISS's orbit about every 90 minutes.  The station is likely fine, but it was pretty irresponsible for the Russians to shoot at one of their satellites, creating this hazard.
