I had never watched the anime and but gave the show a try and kinda loved it. Sure some stuff comes off looking a little cheap (metal jaw) but I really dug the character arcs/origins and the side characters that got them too today. Glad to see a 2nd season is coming, but we’re gonna be like +2 years away from that happening probably.

I’m with @Keyser_Sozewith less green screen background and more location scenes the better. I will say that in some scenes using the new tech with The Volume like in The Batman and Mandalorian used to overall great effect. I’m sure more tech like this will only getting better but it’s obviously less glaringly fake looking then seeing them do the same thing in front of a blank screen.

My sister calls us at home all the time and will call occasionally and have nothing come through. This always seems to be on her end of the line as they are using the cars Bluetooth system. You’re probably fine and just a Bluetooth connection issue on their end

I just had one of my best games on the weekend with 2 of my buddies. We don’t hang around as much as we use too because we are getting further apart distance wise. We had a misting rain for the start and a few drops here and there, but it was amazing. One of them almost didn’t want to play because of the weather, but got them there still for a jar of my weed. Found my strain of choice in Golden Tiger, driving the ball with better accuracy and distance with my 3W/5W (can’t hit my driver for shit) one of my favourite moments was hitting a ball pin high, 4 feet off the green on a Par 5. Buddies kept asking where my ball was, pointed at my ball, get congrats from buddies with a middle finger and a verbal “Fuck You, Nice Shot” That’s why I love hate the game I play

The main reason I wanna upgrade is because of the USB-C. Now I can use the phone and not my enormous iPad Air to use with my Rokid Max glasses. I could finally walk and watch my movies hands free outside if I wanted too.

I’m rocking the iPhone 12, but will hopefully upgrade to the newer 15 soon. My mom also wants a new phone and has a shitload of prepaid money sitting on an old phone. So we are both with same company and will see what they can do to get us both a new phone and get my mom on a 2nd line with me.

well I know you were talking about region free play and it seems the Panasonic UB420(no Dolby Vision) and UB820(w. Dolby Vision)are pretty much region free players out of the box. So if you want good I would look at least at the UB820 for a purchase.

As a physical media buyer, this kinda worries me. Over the past few months WB, Universal and (for a while now) Lionsgate have dropped the digital copy codes from their newest disc releases. Warner Bros has even dropped the blu-ray copy, minus steelbook release (The Flash for example) We had another digital movie site fold years ago in Canada but thankfully was able to be transfer for free 99% of my collection over to Google Play. Still lost a movie or 2, but forget which ones. I just don’t trust my digital collection to always be there. I trust myself with my physical discs, I have them in my hand, and it’s on me if I fucking misplace/break the movie. Although I guess I should invest in a couple replacement uhd players, even though I have a PS5 and XBox One X.

I would say give the job to Seth Myers but I think the later showtime allows him to stay who he is. Love his closer look segments and is the closest thing I get to being classic Daily Show with JS. Never like tuning into Fallon, as I will usually hop between Kimmel and Colbert.
