On a happier note, I introduced it to my g/f and she loves it. She talked throughout our viewings how she wants Princess Carolyn to find happiness, and we're both cat people and love her character. We just finished watching the Season 6 mid-season finale. Sometimes we'll just say "Who? Who?" to each other because we loved that exchange in Season 2. Or I'll annoy her and go, "Hey, if you drink a lot of water today, you don't need to use a straw. STRAWS? That's it! Straws! Straws are used to transport water. Water is used for plants, which means Bojack Horseman hired Margo Martindale to make me buy that video game and RUIN MY ROCK OPERA!" And she's roll her eyes at me or, if I text that to her, do Yes, I know I paraphrased the fuck out of the actual line, but she knows what I'm talking about.

I actually remember that movie and its reviews and doing nothing at the box office. I never watched it. I didn't know it led into the new series.

It's starting to lag big time day-to-day. The past couple days were equivalent to December 25 and 26 for TLJ [EDIT: I misread at first and thought they were 26 and 27. Corrected]. My rusty two cents: it's looking likely that those who said TRoS was benefiting from kids being out of school in its first week -- something TLJ didn't have -- were correct. And with this being the conclusion, that's even worse as ROTS outgrossed AOTC and ROTJ outgrossed Empire (that last one makes me sad ).

I just googled this because it always confused me, and: Why are there two Star Wars series called Clone Wars and THE Clone Wars?! I get the first one was basically Star Wars TV in between episodes 2 and 3, but why was there another series with nearly the same title that took place at the same time?

Why do you need Snoke to be the main villain? Why does it matter what JJ originally planned since he was not originally planned to do 9? And who cares about Hux who was never a compelling main villain and was more memorable as the guy who got abused than the generic Nazi who gave that speech nobody could take seriously in TFA? Kylo Ren's a great villain. I dunno, utilize the lonely, bitter soul who had the door shut on him and now commands an army to be the villain since you were perfectly set up for that and the Resistance has 30 people left by the end of TLJ?
