I would honestly avoid boss strategies as much as you can. With a couple exceptions, many of the bosses you can hide from and try to figure out, including the Tower Knight, by looking at his patterns. It'll give you the opportunity to co-op, to learn the enemies' attacks, and find shortcuts from good players. Don't feel frustrated. EXPECT to die. It's okay! As hopeless as it can feel, you will never get yourself to a point where it's impossible to beat the game. The game isn't cheap, so you'll never feel like you're hopefully outnumbered because it's meticulous with its enemy placement and level design.
