On the setup speed test, I might get 20 to 30 mbps on WiFi. On Ethernet, it jumps right up to 150 mbps and higher which is right around where my Comcast connection caps out.

I get great speeds here.

They're perfectly fine if you're connected via ethernet, but wifi is where the troubles are. Hopefully this new chipset will be a bit more efficient than whatever they were using in prior generations.

If it makes you feel any better, over here in Michigan's second largest city, Grand Rapids, Detroit-style pizza has barely any presence. We have Jets of course, but most of the Detroit pizza businesses who setup shop over here go under pretty quickly. All I can think of from Detroit that's still standing here is Buddy's Pizza and Slows BBQ which is shit compared to our local options.
