I was reading this is one of the major complaints about the game. You never feel powerful or like you are getting stronger than enemies. They match you 1:1.

I’ve only did one of the side quest that opened up one of the Fairy armor upgrade places. I really should go do another one. @Xbob42

Are you building things and taking to the sky? Much easier to spot way up in the air.
