  1. I had a lot of fun with both seasons of Batman, but there was some janky crap in there (particularly season 1). Happy for a change.
  2. Ok. I didn't wanna do it, but y'all made me. Alice Eve is back for a limited time engagement! Also, congrats to the latest winners!
  3. I considered reinstating the old Alice Eve pic, but that would be cheating because obviously it's the best avatar and therefor would automatically win. So everyone here can relax! "The 'S' means 'Survived' :)
  4. I didn't want Solo, but I saw it & really enjoyed it. It's no Rogue One, but I would definitely buy it for my collection. I was really hoping would be carried over to the Obi Wan movie, but oh well I guess. Such a shame, because McGregor seems very keen to do it and he's pretty much the only part of the PT nobody seems to have a problem with.
  5. They did such a fine job (again) of lampooning the industry, I wasn't even sure if the games they showed were real or not lol For me, there were lots of things I enjoyed. The standout for me, surprisingly, was Days Gone (PS4). It needs polish still, but I'm really looking forward to getting my hands on it. Ghost (Ghosts, whatever) on PS4 looked spectacular, but I need to see more gameplay. AssCreed and Skull & Bones look fun, moving AssCreed to a sort of action-rpg role is the right move I think. Not much from MS to get my gears going this year. I'm a bit burned out on Forza Horizon, and their other exclusives all look to be 2019 or beyond.
  6. I use my S for bluray & 4K bluray playback (still using discs because where I live 10mbps down is the fastest I can get). I think it plays blurays extremely well. For 4K, it's pretty good I think, but maybe not as good as a standalone player. That might just be me putting too high of expectations on the differences between bluray & 4K though, I thought 4K would blow me away but the upgrade isn't super noticeable on my KS8000 (the HDR is wonderful, though).
